Day 14 - The Long Journey Home
So we come to the end of the holiday - the best holiday of my life so far! This is us getting our last fill of American high cuisine at Orlando Airport. The drive back was pretty easy but almost the Rental Car drive-in. Security was pretty quick too as we had left early.
One step closer to the plan at the terminal gate approach. David and Scarlett were playing with David's new baseball and Michael and Chris were trying to work our Rubik's cube.
Now it;s David's turn. Scarlett looking v. relaxed and looking forward to the plane trip.
The plane trip was great and seemed to go really quickly. Then we got to Gatwick train station to find that there was no train from there. So we had to go to Clapham Junction in order to get a train back to Bournemouth. Then when we got on it was jam packed with peopel adn we couldn't go anywhere. So Michael and Chris were one side of the automatic doors, David was in the middle, and me and Scarlett were this side! This was for 2 hours!
Somehow Scarlett still managed to go to sleep even though she doesn't remember it now. Deborah and Ann were at Bournemouth train station to pick us up and the 2007 Orlando holiday adventure was over.
